Warehousing & Merchandise Management
We store and pack your goods at the right temperature in our modern logistics center in Bochum. Goods are stored in a cost-optimized manner on pallets or on special shelves. With the help of our merchandise management system, you have an overview of stocks and stock movements at all times.Same-day fulfillment

Live tracking & API connection
We synchronize the shipping status with the web store system and transfer tracking data and the order status back to the store via API. This gives the recipient an overview of where their parcel is currently located at all times.Returns management
We also focus on transparency and customer orientation if something goes wrong or needs to be exchanged. That’s why we enable customers to return goods using the DHL returns label. As little plastic as possible! We ship your goods with carbon-offset shipping and use packaging and cardboard boxes as well as filling material made from cardboard or recycled paper. Our cardboard boxes are glued with paper tape. When it comes to packaging, we ensure that your goods are transported safely and adequately protected.
Shipping Services
We rely on DHL GoGreen! for the daily shipping of your goods, with a standard delivery time of one working day within Germany. Express deliveries and destinations outside Germany are handled by UPS, with next-day delivery worldwide on request. We offset the CO₂ emissions of shipping through our carriers’ climate-protection programmes – DHL GoGreen, UPS carbon neutral and GLS KlimaProtect.
Large deliveries are delivered on time by Dachser on pallets.
