Registering a return

If you would like to return an item, withdraw from your order or make a complaint, please fill in this form.

You will then receive further information and, if applicable, a return label.

For the return you will need the e-mail address you provided when ordering and the order number (internet number), which you can find in your order confirmation e-mail or on your invoice.
