Merchandise

Merchandise for Companies

Merchandise that gets used: textiles, bags, bottles and brand-name products in your corporate design – as a single order or as a programme with warehousing, ordering platform and shipping.

From a single order to a group-wide programme Brands such as Stanley 1913 or Stanley/Stella Warehousing, shop and shipping from one source

Good merchandise is worn, used and passed on – and carries your brand where advertising cannot reach. We develop, produce and deliver merchandise for companies and institutions: from a single T-shirt for a trade show to a programme for several companies with its own shop, warehousing and shipping.

Branded merchandise – matched to your brand

Merchandise is more than a logo on a product. Material, workmanship and a design that fits the brand are what matter. That is why we work with established brands such as Stanley/Stella and the brand-name products in our brand overview, finish with textile printing and embroidery and develop your own products as custom manufacturing where needed.

What companies use merchandise for

  • Employees and employer branding: welcome boxes, team equipment, anniversary gifts – merchandise that shows what an employer stands for. More under Employer branding & corporate and Onboarding box.
  • Trade shows and events: T-shirts for the stand team, giveaways for visitors, conference materials – see promotional items for your trade show stand.
  • Customers and partners: high-quality gifts and brand-name products that get used rather than put away.
  • Selling to fans and the community: dedicated merchandise shops where employees, partners or fans order and pay.

How your merchandise is made

  1. Idea and range: We suggest suitable items and agree on quality, quantity and budget.
  2. Design and sampling: Design in your corporate design, visualisations and samples for approval.
  3. Production and finishing: Printing and embroidery through specialised partners, with quality checks.
  4. Delivery or storage: Directly to you, to locations and individual addresses – or into our warehouse for call-off via your shop.

Order individually or as a programme

For individual orders, use the UNICUM promotional products shop or, for textiles, UNICUM Textildruck. As soon as orders become regular, several locations are involved or goods need to be stored, a programme pays off: with an ordering platform and OCI punchout, warehousing and fulfilment and reporting per cost centre – combined in our full-service promotional products.

Frequently asked questions

What is merchandise?+

Merchandise are products bearing a brand’s logo or design – such as T-shirts, bags, bottles or notebooks. Companies use merchandise for employees, customers, events and for sale to fans and partners.

What is the difference between merchandise and promotional products?+

Promotional products are usually given away to draw attention to a brand. Merchandise is often of higher quality and is deliberately worn, used or even sold. In practice the two terms overlap considerably.

Can I order small quantities?+

Yes. Many customers start with a single order, for example T-shirts for the next trade show. Minimum quantities depend on the product and finishing method.

How long does production take?+

That depends on the item, quantity and finishing. Stock items usually ship the same day if the order arrives by 12 noon. For finished items and custom products we state the date in our quote.

Can employees order merchandise themselves?+

Yes, via an ordering platform with roles, budgets and approvals – via OCI punchout directly from SAP SRM if required.

Can we sell merchandise?+

Yes. We operate web shops where fans, employees or partners can buy merchandise – including warehousing, shipping and returns.
