- Kitting: We pack every set according to a packing plan, with names on card, textile or engraving on request.
- Shipping: Consolidated to locations, individually to employees – or pre-packed into storage for later call-off.
The right packaging
Individual shipping to employees
Many sets no longer reach their recipients at the office but at home. We take over the address list, match sizes and personalised elements to the right person and ship each set individually. Put it together yourself or have it put together
For single orders and smaller quantities you will find the right items directly in the UNICUM promotional products shop. As soon as many recipients, several locations, personalisation or a fixed date are involved, we take on the whole project – from the idea through sampling and finishing to shipping. Can I put a set together myself?+
Yes. For single orders you will find suitable items in our promotional products shop unicum-werbeartikel.de. For larger projects we put the set together with you and sample it in advance.
Which packaging options are available?+
Ready-to-ship mailer boxes, premium presentation boxes, cotton tote bags or backpacks – each with your logo. Which one fits depends on the occasion, the shipping route and the unboxing effect you want.
Do you ship sets individually to employees?+
Yes. We pack every set according to a packing plan, match personalised elements and ship to locations or individual addresses. For the address data we conclude a data processing agreement under the GDPR.
Can sets be stored and called off as needed?+
Yes. Especially for welcome boxes it pays to pre-pack a stock and ship individually for each new hire. Orders from stock received by 12 noon usually leave our warehouse the same day.
How long does it take?+
That depends on items, finishing and packaging. Printed boxes and finished items usually need several weeks of lead time; we state the exact date in our quote. Plan backwards from the desired delivery date.
What does a gift set cost?+
The price per set is made up of the items, finishing, packaging and packing. Our guide to kitting shows how the cost per box is calculated, with an example.
