Warehousing, Fulfilment & Kitting for Merchandise
We store your merchandise, pick, pack and ship it – to locations, teams or individual addresses. You see stock and call-offs live in the customer portal.
Merchandise only works if it arrives on time where it is needed – with the new employee, at the trade show stand, at the location in Hamburg or Vienna. We take care of the complete warehousing and shipping logistics: from goods receipt through picking and shipping to returns, kitting and reporting.
Warehousing and fulfilment for companies
Instead of boxes in the basement and collective orders by e-mail, your stock is with us – managed item by item and visible in the customer portal at any time. Orders are placed via your web shop, via OCI punchout from SAP SRM or via API. On request we pre-finance the stock or work with consignment stock, so no capital is tied up in your inventory. Warehousing and shipping are part of our full-service promotional products, but can also be booked individually.

- Order: via your web shop, via OCI punchout from SAP SRM or via API from your ERP.
- Picking: We pick the items, pack them – sets according to a packing plan – and label the shipment.
- Shipping: Orders received by 12 noon usually leave the warehouse the same day.
- Transparency: Tracking data goes back to your system; stock and call-off are immediately visible in the customer portal.
- Replenishment: We suggest reorders based on your call-offs, and you approve them.
Shipping and packaging
We pack in cardboard boxes with filling material made of cardboard or recycled paper and seal them with paper tape. We ship parcels with DHL, UPS and GLS, DHL parcels with GoGreen Plus. Large consignments are delivered palletised by Dachser.
